Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. All XOLA products are vegan and gluten-free, with the exception of our Calendula + Jojoba Face & Body Oil.
Are XOLA products tested on animals?
Never. Our products are tested on humans only—never on animals.
Does XOLA use synthetic ingredients?
No. XOLA is rooted in the belief that nature provides what we need to thrive. Our products are formulated using only natural, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
Are your products organic?
Many of our ingredients are organic or wild-harvested. We take great care in sourcing and prioritize quality, integrity, and sustainability.
Where are XOLA products made?
Each product is made and packaged by hand in Pickering, Ontario, with close attention to quality and care.
How should I store my product?
For best results and shelf life, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep water out of all products to maintain freshness. For a refreshing experience, our botanical-infused oils can be stored in the refrigerator.
What is the shelf life of XOLA products?
Shelf life varies by product. Once opened, we recommend using products within two months. As our formulations are preservative-free, keeping water out is essential. If you have questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out.
Will oil-based products make my skin more oily?
Not necessarily. In many cases, oils can help balance skin that overproduces oil by supporting the skin’s natural barrier.
Are XOLA products safe to use during pregnancy?
Our products are free from synthetic chemicals, preservatives, parabens, artificial fragrances, and dyes. That said, we always recommend consulting with a healthcare provider if you have questions or concerns during pregnancy.
Do you offer sample sizes?
We don’t offer individual product samples at this time. However, we do offer curated XOLA Sample Sets for purchase.
