Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging.

Before Reaching Out, Please Note

To help us respond as quickly and clearly as possible, we ask that you include the following with your message:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging (required for shipping claims)

  • Confirmation of the correct reshipment address, if applicable

Additional details:

  • Damaged items will be reshipped at no additional cost.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.*

  • Approved returns are issued as a store credit (coupon code) for use at
    www.xolabodyandhome.com.

Starting a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
