Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays or peak sale periods. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Express (Domestic): 1–2 business days

  • Standard (Domestic): 3–9 business days

  • Express International: 2–3 business days

  • Standard International: 4–8 business days

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import policies, as these vary by region.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, XOLA Body & Home is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your delivery location has shared or unsecured access (such as apartment buildings or community mail areas), we recommend requesting signature confirmation. Please contact us prior to shipping if you’d like to arrange this service.

We currently ship via Canada Post.

Do you offer rush or expedited shipping?

Yes. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request

Do you use packing peanuts?

Yes, when needed, we use vegetable-starch packing peanuts. They’re 100% biodegradable and can be dissolved easily under warm water. Sustainability is important to us, and we’re committed to making environmentally conscious choices wherever possible.
