Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience delays. If there is a significant delay in processing or delivery, we will contact you via email or phone.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent), XOLA Body & Home is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. In such cases, customers are required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Stolen packages will not be replaced.

Customer Feedback & Product Use

Customer reviews and feedback are provided voluntarily and reflect individual experiences, perceptions, and expectations. Results may vary.

Our product recommendations are informed by widely accepted knowledge of natural ingredients and insights from qualified alternative therapy practitioners. However, natural skincare and wellness products are not medications.
